This dual master will lead to the award of two master’s degrees:

The objective of this dual master’s degree in international business law is to provide unique expertise and competences to young lawyers involved in the legal and business sectors based on both Cambodian and European rules governing:
👉foreign investments in Cambodia,
👉international commercial contracts,
👉commercial arbitration,
👉the rules of private international law for business transactions,
👉financial and banking affairs,
👉international tax;
👉Intellectual property:
👉corporate governance.
The faculty is composed of European and international high-profile academics and practitioners with decades of experience in the field, including professors from the ULB intervening to teach specialized courses.
🗓 Year 1 focuses on foundational knowledge of international law;
