A delegation from the Royal University of Law and Economics, led by His Excellency Professor Dr. Luy Channa, Rector; Professor Dr. Hap Phalthy, Vice-Rector; Mr. Laurent François Mesmann, Head of the French Cooperation Project; and Assistant Professor Dr. Lay Kong, Head of the International Relations Office, met with the following universities’ top management in France:

On June 1, 2026, the delegation met with the President, Vice President, and management team of Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, France. The meeting focused on collaboration in a dual-degree PhD program in French and English, joint research, and access to shared online libraries and journals. It marked another important achievement in the partnership between the two universities.
