On the morning of June 10, 2026, Prof. Dr. Luy Channa, Rector of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), along with the Vice Rectors and representatives from the International Relations Office (IRO), hosted a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing meeting with a delegation from Hanoi Law University, Viet Nam. The delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Quang, Vice Rector, together with his management team. The MoU of cooperation covers the following areas: 1. Field of expertise and academic affairs; 2. Field of legal education and training; 3. Field of scientific research; 4. Field of faculty and student exchange 5. Other fields as mutually agreed upon by both Parties This is a positive step for the Royal University of Law and Economics in advancing its internationalization and academic excellence.
