1. Purpose

The Bachelor of Development Economics is a four years program, including foundation year, that is taught in Khmer language.

This program is designed for students to study of the foundation of economic and economic development. The program also provides students a strong knowledge and skills in doing a small scale of research concerning rural development, and trend forecasting and equip them with academic background for further study in this filed.

2. Program Leaning Outcomes

After completing the program, the students will be able to:

A. Knowledge

  • Identity and define the concept relating to development economics
  • Explain about the relation of development economic activities in economic sector.

B. Cognitive Skills

  • Analyze growth and development economics
  • Search strategy to manage and develop economics
  • Create development economics planning.

C. Interpersonal Skills and Responsibility

  • Work in group to solve the problems relating to the development economics
  • Research knowledge and new technology to develop economics and social
  • Apply development economics with ethics and responsibility in society.

D. Numerical Skills, Information Technology and Communication

  • Use software and statistic tools in the field of development economics
  • Connect work relationship of different situation in development economics and regional integration and international.

After completing this program, the graduate students will be able to work as:
