ELBBL is a 3-year LL.B. program within RULE. ELBBL's outstanding curriculum provides a diverse range of classes concentrating on the many requisite areas of laws. Its focuses on legal research and writing and robust moot court programs allow students to acquire the skills needed in contemporary legal world. Requirement: Prospective students holding a foundation certificate in academic year (2018-2019 or 2019-2020), expecting to complete a foundation year by October 2020, or holding a bachelor/master's degree are eligible to apply. Official Launching of GREENCAP project The Royal University of Law and Economics organizes the launching ceremony of capacity building for higher education project, named GREENCAP, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. GREENCAP project gathers three European and four Cambodian Universities. This 3-years-project focuses on enhancing green capability in universities to foster sustainable development in Cambodia. The launching ceremony of GREENCAP project was chaired by H.E. Dr. SAN Vathana, Under-secretary of state of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
