Apply Now! Admissions applications for the International Dual Degrees Programs in Economics and Management are open for the academic year 2022-2023. A bachelor’s degree program and two master’s degree programs are available:

• Bachelor’s degree program in Economics and Management, dual degree with Lumière Lyon 2 University (France). Two pathways available: one bilingual in French & English and another one 100% in English. Possibility of benefiting for 3 consecutive years from a scholarship from the Credit Bureau Cambodia;
• Master’s degree program in Entrepreneurship and Project Management, dual degree with Lumière Lyon 2 University (France). Evening classes (from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays). Teaching 100% in English with local expertized professionals and visiting professors from France. In the framework of FoodSTEM project, a new specialization entitled “Food-Industry Entrepreneurship” will open at RULE in October 2022 for the students enrolled in the first year of this master program!

• Master’s degree program in Risk Management for Insurance, Banking and Finance, dual degree with Nantes University (France). Evening classes (from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays). Teaching 100% in English with local expertized professionals and visiting professors from France.

នៅថ្ងៃពុធ ទី27 ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ2022 នាវេលាម៉ោង 3រសៀល សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត លុយ ចណ្ណា សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំទទួល ស្វាគមន៍ នាយកថ្មី នៃអង្គការ អាអ៊ុយអែហ្វ (AUF) ប្រចាំតំបន់ អាស៊ី ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ឡូរង់ សែមេ (Laurent Sermet)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពីលោកសាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង និងផ្នែកសហប្រតិបត្តិការបារាំងផងដែរ។

RULE Dual Degrees in Law are currently receiving applications from eligible candidates: 1.The Bachelor's in Law in French language, co-organized with Université Lumières Lyon II; 2.The Master's in International Business Law in English language, co-organized with the Université Libre de Bruxelles; 3.The Master's in Public International Law in English language, co-organized with the Paris University; 4.The Master's in Land Law and Real Estate in Khmer language, co-organized with Université Jean Moulin Lyon III; 5.The Master's in Droit des Affaires Franco-Asiatique in French language, co-organized with Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. ASEAN Youth Volunteer Program Thailand 2022 is back again for its tenth year and 2022 will see the programme be virtually co-hosted by Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Association for University Social Engagement Thailand (EnT) and the U2T programme, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) from 27 June – 08 July 2022 focusing on the thematic area of Community Development and Poverty Eradication. This programme was developed by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (The National University of Malaysia - UKM), under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, with the support of the ASEAN Secretariat.

On the morning of March 16th, H.E Dr. Sok Siphana, visited RULE in order to proceed with a substantial book donation to RULE’s legal department, including important works pertaining to business law in Cambodia. He was gently received and greeted by Mr BUN Reasmey, Vice-Rector at the Royal University of Law and Economics who thanked him on behalf of H.E. LUY Channa, Rector, for his contribution to the strengthening of legal education at RULE. The books will be made available to our students at the Legal Department of RULE’s library as well as at the French Cooperation Center. H.E Dr. Siphana is the patron of the dual degree executive master in international business law jointly organised with the ULB since 2015, and has been a valuable supporter of our programs.
